Our Mission

We exist to bridge the gap between Napa County's Latino community and the leaders shaping our region. Through meaningful dialogue, advocacy, and mentorship, we're building a stronger, more inclusive Napa County—one conversation at a time.

Creating Lasting Impact

From bridging community voices with decision-makers to developing the next generation of advocates, our work creates tangible impact that strengthens Napa County's Latino community in healthcare, education, policy, and beyond.

BUILDING BRIDGES

We create spaces where Napa County's Latino community connects directly with prominent community leaders,  politicians, high-level executives, students, and others. Our bi-monthly community luncheons aren't just meetings—they're opportunities for meaningful dialogue that drives real change.

DEVELOPING LEADERS

Through mentorship, scholarships, and continuous community support, we're building a pipeline of Latino leaders who will shape Napa County's future for generations to come.
