why we exist

36% of Napa County is Latino

Latinos represent more than one-third of Napa County's population, with significant presence across our schools, workplaces, and communities.

underrepresented in leadership

Latinos remain significantly underrepresented on boards, commissions, and in decision-making roles across Napa County government and organizations.

Building Leaders since 2012

For over a decade, Latino Leaders Round Table has worked to close this gap—developing emerging leaders, creating spaces for dialogue, and training community members that shape our county's future.
